When you send an enquiry, Ruthie's Alterations collects the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, contact preferences, a description of your garment, any deadline and any photographs you upload.

These details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a fitting and carry out agreed work. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is deleted.
